Return Policy

All pieces are final sale, however we are happy to alter or adjust any pieces to improve fit if possible. In this instance, shipping charges are sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Sizing

Sizing for all garments are available on the product page. All size flexible pieces will specify on the product page. Please email us for further sizing questions!

 

Shipping

All pieces ship out of New York City. Domestic US shipping is a flat rate of $9.00. International Shipping is a flat rate of $30. Please make sure all shipping addresses are correct. We are not liable for packages once an order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to process and be shipped (in addition to time agreed for made to order pieces). All orders are shipped with compostable shipping bags, and packaged in pre-loved gift wrapping.

We ship Internationally with USPS using their First Class Mail service. Tracking is limited. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail Service, please email us before placing your order. 
Shipping to Australia/NZ with First Class is currently taking up to 4 weeks. If your order is urgent, please email us to arrange Priority or Express Shipping before placing your order

Studio Pickup is available for all New York City customers. Please email us to organise a suitable time to pickup your piece.
